ETI.sa received French visitors on 26/04/2023, customer of our partner BSI accompanied by the CEO of BSI Mr. Ahmed ERNEZ. Visitors learned about our activities, industrial processes and quality guarantees related to the enamelling of hot water tanks.

Visit of Masters students in Product Design from ESSTED to ETI
As part of the development of ETI activities, a visit of the students of the
ESSTED DenDen Product Design Master was organized in the ETI premises to
discuss the opportunity for collaboration in the field of enamelled product
design. This visit is, also, part of ETI’s CSR commitments and the
development of the ETI collection of enamelled products.
ETI.sa is an energy-efficient unit
The National Agency for Energy Management (ANME) is visiting ETI.sa on Thursday, April 21, 2022 to confirm and know more about the data of the installation of the shot blasting station subject to the energy efficiency project.
The shot blasting station came into operation from February 2022.
Boilerblast Orbital 4/1 ECO
ETI.sa has completed the installation of its new “Boilerblast Orbital 4/1 ECO” shot blasting machine acquired from FerroČrtalič d.o.o, Slovenia
The shot blasting machine should allow the following progressions :
- Improve the surface treatment quality of the tanks for better enameling
- Increase productivity given the capacity of the machine
- Offer an integrated service of : preparation, shot-blasting and enameling
- Improve the quality control of products
The shot blasting machine operated from January 23.2022 after its installation by a performing team from FerroČrtalič d.o.o and ETI.sa.
ETI aims to engage in a CSR approach
Aware of the economic, social and environmental issues that materialize a sustainable development approach, our company is expecting to adhere to a CSR approach to implement its objectives by respecting the values and 10 principles of the global compact and by adhering to the United Nations SDGs. CSR is a new culture and management style for ETI based on the principle of accountability to interested stakeholders. ETI team wishes to be able to give the best image of a small and medium-sized citizen company.

A new shot blasting machine for tanks
ETI expects, during 2021, to acquire a new high-tech shot blasting machin for metal tank. This
acquisition is expected to improve the quality of enamel, increase production capacity and increase productivity.
It is expected that this shot blasting machin will be installed and enter into production in the second half of 2021 to better serve our customers and improve the time and quality of our enameling business and service.
New items and products for 2021
For more than a year, ETI has begun the development of the enameling activity on flat surfaces for culinary and/or signage applications. This development is done in collaboration with ITKAN Tunisia and with the valuable support of WENDEL Email Germany.
The trials are confirmed in 2020 and the launch of this activity is planned for 2021 with our project partners.

Relaunch of activities post COVID
ETI with the support of the EBRD and using the services of the real Tunisian skills, prepares a post-COVID Relaunch plan. This Relaunch plan includes operational actions for short-term development aiming to reduce risk, launch new activities and implement a marketing approach.
This plan will be delivered to the company in February 2021 and will be completed with a short-term development study as well as a website and a company brochure.
